Our Apiary

National Honey produces raw, unpasteurised British honey — harvested from our own hives and hand-bottled in small seasonal batches. Every jar is single-origin and traceable, so you always know exactly where your honey came from.

We believe honey is at its best when it is left alone. Our honey is cold-extracted and never heat-treated, so the natural enzymes, pollen and delicate floral aromas stay exactly as the bees made them. Nothing is added, nothing is imported and nothing is blended with cheaper syrups.

Because our honey is raw and seasonal, it changes throughout the year — lighter and runny in early summer, richer and naturally set later on. That variation is a sign of real, unprocessed honey, and it's something we're proud of.
